Tochukwu Fabian Eze , A member of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) who is also the party Coordinator in Enugu East area of Enugu State has cried out over the safety of his life following a series of attacks by unknown assailants.
Tochukwu Fabian Eze who resides at 11 Ozoekwem Street Abakpa Nike Enugu State, was the State APGA Party Coordinator and the close Aide to Chief Dons Udeh governorship aspirant for Enugu State in the 2023 general elections, who was murdered by unknown gunmen
As you are aware that the governorship aspirant of the All Progressives Grand Alliance in the 2023 general election in Enugu State, Chief Dons Udeh, was reportedly found dead before the election
Late Chief Don Udeh, who was said to have got missing, was reportedly found dead a few days later at the 9th Mile area of the state, barely four days after.
Chief Udeh, an engineer, who was a former Enugu State Secretary of the Peoples Democratic Party and had since remained a member of the party till he defected to APGA to pursue his political ambition to become the governor of Enugu State.
As at filling our report,It was also gathered that ,Chief Udeh’s death was said to be politically motivated as an eyewitness, who reported his abduction alleged that his abductors are seriously armed to the teeth during the operation.
An unidentified source said Tochukwu Fabian Eze became the target of assassination because of his closeness to Chief Udeh and due to his political influence.
He had on several occasions escaped
Furthermore,his escape infuriated his attackers who ferociously launched a serious attack on him at different times.
According to the source, he escaped assassination in his car shortly after the demise of his boss, Chief Dons Udeh
“And after some months, he also escaped assassination while his attackers invaded his home, where he jumped through the fence”
Another source also revealed that ,while his attackers were determined to assassinate Fabian was because he was able to recognize some of the abductors of his master, a move that let Udeh’s killers to be on his trail and since then ,nobody knows his whereabout
According to a report Tochukwu Fabian Eze on several times received a disturbing telephone call from an unidentified men who introduced themselves as “Jack, from Enugu East Local Government Area.”
According to the unidentified source,the callers threatened that there was nowhere he could run to, he was going to be killed because he already knew much about them and the death of his boss.
“On several occasions his house has been burgled, Tochukwu has been attacked both physically and spiritually.
.He said that the threat to Tochukwu life had become so consistent that he needed to draw the attention of the relevant bodies to the frightening development.
The unidentified source also revealed that ,Tochukwu could no longer sleep with his two eyes closed for fear of being attacked by people trailing him.
According to the source , they believed that those that want to cut Tochukwu life short were within the country’s security and political architecture.
It was also described that, those they suspected to be behind Tochukwu travails are untouchables in the society.
Information also gathered that ,another source who is related to Tocrukwu stated that , Certain individuals who consider themselves untouchable are operating within the corridors of security and political power,particularly in Enugu State,and with connections at the National level have continued to orchestrate threats against Tochukwu life .in their relentless pursuit to actualize his assassination ,they have monitored his movements,laid ambushes along his routes and conspired to eliminate him
He has faced constant death threats and numerous violations of fundamental human rights at their hands . These individuals, though their networks, routinely pass directives to their so called foot soldiers and ground troops,who executed their malicious plans wit impunity
